Wayne R. Frohlich, Esq.

Wayne graduated from Rider University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts and in 2001 received his Juris Doctorate from Widener School of Law.  He became a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional in 2015 and is a Notary Public of the State of Florida.  Wayne is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.     


Upon graduation Wayne gained valuable experience and insight while undertaking a judicial clerkship with New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Honorable Ronald E. Hoffman, J.S.C.  He went on to be associated with the Law Office of Linda L. Piff, P.C. and became partner; Piff & Frohlich, P.C.  Wayne then broadened his legal experience with Gluck & Allen, LLC.  He also served as local counsel to nationwide subrogation firm Hennessy & Walker. 

 

Throughout Wayne's career he has been involved with Law Firms that specialize in litigation, subrogation, and family law.  Along with those focused areas of law, his experience extends into elder law, real estate law, municipal law, personal injury, estates, and surrogate court matters.  Wayne handled cases from initial client contact through conclusion.  His experience extends into mediation, arbitration (including Arbitration Forums, Inc.), collaborative process, and trial.   


Wayne is a  Member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), Lee County Bar Association, and Florida Bar Association.  He is a former member of Ocean Monmouth Family Law Inns of Court, Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group, Ocean County Family Law Committee, Ocean County Bar Association, and Monmouth County Bar Association.     


As the founder of Frohlich Law Firm, PLLC, Wayne brings his experience and helpful nature to Florida. He understands that it is a privilege to practice law and enjoys working with clients to rectify their legal issues.
